Children’s MMA classes are separated by ages, offering a natural progression to develop both the child’s confidence and ability. These classes further the understanding of the practicality of MMA in the outside world, whilst teaching the importance of self defence and self control.
The timings for our Children’s MMA sessions in EXMOUTH are;
AGES 8 – 12: MONDAY & WEDNESDAY 18:00 – 19:00
AGES 4 – 6: TUESDAY & THURSDAY 17:00 – 18:00
AGES 6 – 8: TUESDAY & THURSDAY 18:00 – 19:00
